1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by me (the "Practitioner"), including in-person therapies, courses and retreats, online and digital products, website and marketing materials, and sessions delivered via Zoom or similar platforms.

The "practitioner"/"I"/"me"/"we"/"us"/"Nicki Edgell"/"Nicola Edgell"/"Detox Reset" are used interchangeably.

2. Services Provided

I provide complementary and alternative therapies and advice including energy work, nutrition, detox programmes, light therapy, coaching, kinesiology, clinical psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI) and other therapeutic modalities, and online educational content (workshops, courses, downloads, newsletters, articles, the website etc). I also at time to time recommend other products or treatments outside of my practice for which I have no responsibility or liability, medical or financial.

All services are complementary to conventional medicine and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your GP or qualified medical practitioner for health concerns. Please refer to the full Medical Disclaimer below.

My core hours of operation are Tuesday to Thursdays 10am to 6pm. Consultation outside of these hours is by arrangement only.

Health consultation is required; I may have to refuse or modify treatment if contraindicated.

Sessions and consultations, whether online or at my premises, are at your own risk; no liability outside of negligence is accepted.

A copy of my professional insurance is available on request.

By booking or participating, you (the "Client" or "Customer") agree to these terms.

3. Online Workshops, Courses, Digital Products, and Zoom Sessions

Products include pre-recorded workshops, online courses, downloadable guides, live or recorded Zoom sessions.

I also provide links to third party products, such as nutritional supplements and water filters, for which I may receive a commission on purchase.

Purchases via my website grant immediate access upon payment.

Licence: A non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence for your use only. No sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing content is permitted.

Intellectual Property: All content remains my property.

Prohibited: Reproduction, public display, or commercial use without permission.

Access: Lifetime access as long as the hosting platform is available. There is no guarantee of permanent availability.

Refunds and Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations): For digital content a 14-day cooling-off period applies, but the customer agrees to waive this upon immediate access/download.

No refunds for change of mind after access begins.

Refunds if content faulty (under CRA 2015) or if I am unable to fulfil an appointment or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

No refunds for live workshops/Zoom sessions after event starts.

4. Recording of Zoom Sessions

Sessions may be delivered via Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.

I record some sessions for training/supervision purposes, and to provide you and others with a replay. The recorded portions are anonymous as cameras and microphones are turned off.

Nevertheless recording only takes place with your consent. At the start of each session that I intend to record, I will confirm your verbal or written permission. You are free to withhold or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your access to the session.

Recordings are stored securely and used only for the stated purposes. Recordings will be deleted after 7 years or after the stated purpose is fulfilled.

You must not record any session yourself (audio or video) without my prior written consent. The recordings remain the property of myself.

Technical requirements (compatible device/internet) are your responsibility.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Prices are as stated in GBP and do not include, nor are they subject to, VAT. They may vary depending on circumstances and timing.

The website checkout system may state "inclusive of tax" in some jurisdictions but this is only for compliance purposes and no tax has been included or added.

Most checkout services will automatically convert currency if you are located abroad. No responsibility can be accepted for exchange rates and bank charges out of my control.

Alternative arrangements may be possible for overseas payments by request.

No refunds are granted except as above or where required by law.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Clients participate at their own risk and must inform me of any health changes.

Online content is for educational/informational purposes only.

Apply at own risk; no liability for outcomes or misuse.

Liability is limited to fees paid, except for negligence.
